Application:
It is used to compress low- carbon light and medium- sized waste steel, scrapped car bodies, light metal structural parts, etc. into compact blocks with high density , and then cut them into qualified furnace materials required by steel mills. It can be combined with feeding grabber or electromagnetic suction cup, discharge
conveyor, magnetic drum, stacking rotary conveyor, spray water system, etc. to form a complete production line.
Applicable to national circular economy parks, national urban mineral demonstration bases, waste steel processing and distribution centers ( bases) , steel and
non- ferrous metal industries, scrapped car dismantling and re-manufacturing enterprises, etc.

Features:
1 . It adopts the method of compressing from the top and compressing from
both sides, combined with the design of a large material box, so it has good adapt- ability to waste steel raw materials and high compactness after shearing.
2 . The opening area of the material box is large, suitable for mechanical
feeding, and suitable for loose and thin waste steel and steel structural parts, espe- cially for cutting profiles such as steel pipes, steel plates, and channel steels.
3 . It adopts a screen display control panel and automated integrated control, en-
suring smooth and reliable operation. Optional wireless remote control device is available for single- person operation of the production line and supporting equipment.
