Application:
The Y81 series metal baler can compress varous metal scraps (such as edge scrapsshavings, waste steel, waste aluminum, waste copper, waste stainless steel, scrappedcars,etc.) into qualifed furnace materials in various shapes such as cuboid.octagonal, cylindrical, etc. This can reduce transportation and smelting costs, andimprove the speed of charging. This series of balers are mainly suitable for steelplants, recycling industries, as well as non- ferrous and ferrous metal smeltingindustries.
Features:
1. lt is driven by hydraulic power and can be operated manually or controlled automatically by PLC.
2. The methods of packaging include fipping, side pushing, front pushing, and manual extraction.
3. Multiple models are available for selection, with different pressures, bin sizes, and block sizesand shapes.
4. In places without power supply, a diesel engine can be used as the power source.
